Storage Hacks That Actually Work in Small Kitchens
Maximize cabinet space with vertical storage, spice racks, and kitchen gadgets that earn their keep.

Think vertical first. Stackable containers, door-mounted racks, and a compact spice box use height that a crowded counter cannot. Keep daily tools at eye level and occasional gadgets up high.
Choose tools that nest or come with lids. Choppers, oil bottles, and masala boxes with covers stack cleaner than open bowls and loose packets.
Use uniform containers. Matching jars for flour, rice, and sugar make open shelves look tidy and make it obvious when you are running low.
Audit monthly. Small kitchens fill quickly. If a gadget has not been used in a season, store it away or pass it on so the tools you cook with stay easy to reach.
